We are currently looking for creative and reliable student workers to take on two positions: Junior Sales & Marketing Assistant (flextime during week) and Photo-Booth Assistant (work mostly weekends).

Junior Sales & Marketing Assistant

Gain valuable experience as a marketing professional in a unique start up environment. Photo-booths.be is looking for Junior marketing and sales assistants who want to learn about the evolving frontier of online business and event management. Working under the marketing manager, you will discover how promotion, sales, and inventory function in today’s ecommerce environment. Taking on a variety of tasks, you will assist the company in achieving it’s marketing and sales goals.

Responsibilites

  • Periodically update product pricing, photography, and content 
  • Compile analytics and sales data for report preparation
  • Help research and execute social media campaigns (newsletters, Instagram, Facebook, website)
  • Communicate to customers and suppliers and maintain relationships
  • Perform market research and follow up on latest developments in Belgium and outside
  • Assist the marketing and communications department with other various daily tasks available for questions

Requirements

  • Ideally, first experience with organizing events and / or project management
  • Multitasking talent and the ability to keep track of, even during stress
  • High service orientation, flexibility and empathy
  • Safety in dealing with MS Office and very good English skills
  • Teamwork and communication skills
  • Independent and structured way of working
  • Willingness to follow events on the weekend

Photo-Booth Assistant

Photo-Booths.BE is looking for dependable and tech-savvy students to join our team. As a start-up we offer a real opportunity to shape fun and creative business. You will work closely with event organizers and venue managers. The main responsibility is to deliver and set-up the photo-booth equipment at high-end venues around Belgium. Full training will be provided, but basic understanding of photography and Windows environment will be an advantage.

Responsibilites

  • Delivering photo booth equipment
  • Setting up photographic equipment
  • Communicating with event organizers/venue managers
  • Problem-solving technical issues
  • Following guide-lines and standards
  • Working weekends and evenings
  • Lifting heavy objects

Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of Canon/Nikon dslr cameras
  • IT problem-solving skills
  • Driving licence category B
  • Good knowledge of Windows OS
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to communicate in English, and Dutch or French
  • Dependability and punctuality
